Full Job Description

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually
Overall possible yearly total compensation from $75,000 to $125,000+
UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
Salary and earning potential determined by experience, interview performance, and the ability to verify production, with total earning potential reflecting the results achieved by successful producers who consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.

Work Location

Fully REMOTE Position
that can be performed from your home in a private office/workspace. Candidates must have a professional environment suitable for phone-based sales and customer service activities.
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
Monday through Friday during daytime business hours
with
NO evenings, late nights, or weekends required
. This role is designed for professionals seeking a predictable weekday schedule.

Experience Requirements & Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required &
Candidates with experience in Local independently run State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, or Single Carrier/Captive insurance agencies are strongly encouraged to apply.
1-2+ years of prior insurance sales experience
. Candidates should be self-motivated with a stable employment history, drive to succeed, open to coaching, and motivated by both base pay and performance-based earnings in a structured, growth-focused environment.
Required Job Skills
Strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, organization, multitasking, and consistent follow-up. Candidates should be comfortable building relationships, generating referrals, and using computer systems to manage customer interactions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Sell insurance and financial products, prospect for new business, service existing clients, process policy changes, and help grow the agency through referrals and retention efforts. The ability to maintain strong customer relationships and follow through on opportunities is critical.
