Full Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

This is a unique and dynamic role and is perfect for someone who desires to work in a growing environment in a fun, family owned company who has led their industry for over 30 years. Candidates must be strong in time management, project management, and marketing skills to apply to both the online and offline space. These marketing strategies are intended to increase awareness of key offers, drive engagement campaigns to warm audiences, and facilitate the closing of sales. This individual will be a part of the marketing team and work closely with the art, sales and product development teams.

Responsibilities include:

· Learn the ins and outs of our brands and competitive space. Understand how we strategically place products to be successful and help to implement and maintain that strategy online, in social media, and in print

· Assist in planning, coordinating and executing marketing programs to support organizational objectives

· Assisting with digital marketing concepts and overall digital strategy

· Write, coordinate, implement and track email marketing campaigns

· Manage product placement on customer websites including copy, artwork and videos

· Copy writing for websites, vendor platforms, literature and public relations pieces.

· Management and maintenance of digital assets management platform

What we are looking for:

· Great communication skills and positivity to support our goals

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in handling WordPress website updates

· Excellence in email campaigns building and tracking with a knowledge of Salesforce Account Engagement a plus

· Prior experience in maintaining DAM platforms

· Very detail-oriented with strong project management, organizational, and administrative skills

· Ability to establish specific priorities and consistently meet business deadlines

We design and sell sump pumps, backup sump pumps, batteries, and other plumbing accessories.  Our brands include Basement Watchdog, sold through retailers, and Pro Series Pumps, sold to plumbing wholesalers and installed by contractors.  Innovation is at our core, as we strive to keep our customers’ basements dry.
