Position Summary:
The Landscape Crew Member is responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes while supporting the crew in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality work. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are completed according to company standards and client expectations.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities:
Landscape Installation & Maintenance
● Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, mulching, grading, drainage,and hardscape installation
● Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as trimming, pruning, edging, weed control, and seasonal cleanups.
● Follow project plans, instructions, and company standards.
● Ensure work is completed efficiently and with attention to detail.
Teamwork & Communication
● Work cooperatively with crew members and foremen.
● Follow directions from supervisors and ask questions when clarification is needed.
● Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive team environment.
● Communicate equipment issues, jobsite concerns, and safety hazards promptly.
Quality Standards
● Take pride in producing quality work.
● Protect customer property and maintain professional behavior at all times.
● Assist with jobsite cleanup throughout the day and at project completion.
● Ensure projects meet company quality expectations before leaving the site.
Safety
● Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
● Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
● Operate tools and equipment safely.
● Participate in daily safety meetings and training sessions.
Equipment & Materials
● Operate hand tools and landscape equipment safely and responsibly.
● Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
● Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
● Help maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, and shop areas.

Qualifications
Required
● Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
● Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
● Reliable transportation to work.
● Valid driver’s license
● Smart phone
● Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
● Ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred
● Previous landscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience.
● Experience operating landscape equipment.
● Ability to read basic landscape plans and measurements.

Typical Expectations During the First Year
0–90 Days

Compensation Structure
● Pay is based upon experience
● Pay increases can be earned at 30 day intervals during probationary
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
