Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality experience, and a strong focus on patient care.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and maintaining professional phone etiquette
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications to patient appointments
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and correspondence
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to promote a professional appearance
Support patient care by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Collaborate with other staff members to facilitate smooth operations within the dental office environment
Train and supervise staff to uphold service standards

Requirements

Proven experience in front desk or dental office roles, with knowledge of front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience staff management is a plus but not mandatory
Previous experience in dentistry is preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing the organization’s brand standards
