$80K–$140K+/year, depending on skill, speed, and motivation – we’ve got the work!
$3,000 sign-on bonus

✓ NO B.S. $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – If you’ve got at least 5 years of experience in a professional auto repair shop and can diagnose and repair without handholding, we’ll give you $1000 when you drop off your toolbox to start work, $1000 after 30 days and another $1000 after 60 days. Just bring your tools, your skills, and your work ethic… we’ll take care of the rest.

✓ CLEAN, MODERN, CLIMATE-CONTROLLED, WELL-EQUIPPED SHOP – 12 bays, 10 lifts, climate-controlled (A/C + heat), up-to-date scan tools, and no clutter. When you walk into Menke’s, you’ll know you’re in a place built for serious techs who take pride in the work.

✓ 5-DAY WORK WEEK (NO WEEKENDS) – Work should support your life, not swallow it. Enjoy your weekends off, spend time with your family, recharge, and still get full-time hours and income. Optional 4-day, 10-hour shifts also available.
