Who We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Holds an active Indiana Cosmetology License.
- Loves creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Values education and continual growth.
- Believes healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp.
- Has experience with—or is passionate about learning—curly, coily, and textured hair.
- Is comfortable working with a variety of hair textures or excited to expand those skills.
- Brings positivity, professionalism, and compassion to every guest interaction.
- Wants to help shape the future of an innovative luxury wellness brand.
What You'll Do
As an Elemental Ritualist, you'll create customized experiences that help guests relax, heal, and feel their very best.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering luxury head spa experiences.
- Providing customized haircutting, styling, and healthy hair services.
- Performing spa and skin care services within your licensure and training.
- Educating guests on scalp, skin, and hair wellness.
- Recommending retail products that support long-term results.
- Maintaining our luxury spa environment.
- Participating in ongoing education through the Elemental Method.
- Collaborating with our team to continually elevate the guest experience.
