Who We Are Looking For:

This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a senior associate Software Developer AI Enablement within State Street’s Global Technology Services organization. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. We’re driving the company’s digital transformation and expanding business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate leads with integrity, embraces creativity, and invests in personal growth. This role requires a collaborative mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to inspire others.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:

Utilize your software engineering, technical skills, and reasoning abilities to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.

Demonstrate proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and solution development.

Apply knowledge of GenAI & RAG, including understanding of prompting, embeddings, vector search

Work on Agentic AI solutions, focusing on autonomous workflows using agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.

Use software deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins, GitHub, or BitBucket.

Leverage knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their governance tools

In this role, you will have:

State Street internship experience strongly preferred
