We'll train you to operate a haul truck (rock truck) and provide opportunities to learn additional equipment and advance your career.

Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Rate: $28.07/hour (+$1 - 2nd Shift differential)
In addition to your base pay, employees regularly earn additional income through:
- Built-in daily overtime
- Occasional Saturday work
- Premium-pay ship-loading assignments
Ship-Loading Premium Opportunities
During ship-loading operations, employees have the opportunity to earn $31.92/hour while working 12-hour overnight shifts.
Ship-loading typically occurs:
- Approximately 1-2 times per month during warmer months
- Approximately once per month during colder months
With regular overtime and ship-loading opportunities, employees have the potential to earn significantly more than their base hourly rate throughout the year.

Many of our Equipment Operators, Leads, Supervisors, and Managers started in entry-level operational roles and worked their way up through the company.
What You'll Do
- Operate a haul truck (rock truck) within our recycling facility
- Transport materials throughout the yard safely and efficiently
- Support material movement, stockpiling, and loading operations
- Perform basic equipment inspections and safety checks
- Assist with general labor and yard activities when not operating equipment
- Work safely around heavy equipment, trucks, and production activities
Schedule2nd Shift
- 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Built-in daily overtime
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Additional opportunities to earn premium pay during ship-loading operations
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to safely follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

You do not need previous heavy equipment, hauling, trucking, or recycling experience to be successful in this role.
