Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans using evidence-based medicine

Partner with clients through education, communication, and shared decision-making
Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on challenging medical and surgical cases
Maintain complete, accurate medical records

Pursue continuing education and professional development to expand your clinical interests

Qualifications

Required

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine (or equivalent certification for international graduates)
Active Washington veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date
Successful completion of the NAVLE
Commitment to practicing high-quality, evidence-based veterinary medicine
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desire to build lasting relationships with clients and teammates
Passion for lifelong learning and professional growth

Preferred

Experience in small animal general practice
Interest in surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine
