Your Role Will Involve:

Mastering the Tech: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and fobs, gaining expertise in automotive key systems.
Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service by addressing customer questions and resolving issues promptly.
Supporting Sales: Assist in attracting new clients, processing sales efficiently, and building strong relationships.
Data Accuracy: Keep detailed and precise records of customer information and transactions.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment through consistent effort and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to pass background checks and keep a clean driving record (MVR review required).
Strong organizational skills and good time management.
Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Comfortable working in active environments, including around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
