We need an Operations Manager/Client Relations Guru to take charge of our new location, ensuring our staff and customers receive top-tier service while driving growth in the community. You will work hand in hand with the owners so you will have a ton of support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new location.
Managing hiring, scheduling, and route logistics to keep everything running smoothly.
Assisting with training and development of team members. Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
Handling client relations and customer service—we want our customers to rave about us!
Local marketing and networking—getting the word out and bringing in business.
Operational Support—assisting members with cleaning tasks when necessary, and perform Quality Inspections in clients' homes to ensure the highest standards.
Managing the CRM and ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
Driving growth by treating this operation like your own business. Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities. Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.

Position Requirements:
Must be at least 18-years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Available Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
Have reliable transportation to drive to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (minimum liability).
Proven sales experience with ability to close leads and convert prospects.
Comfortable working in an office environment and in the field.
Pass a nationwide criminal background check and any required drug screenings.
