Full Job Description

Apache Camping Center, an established and respected RV dealer located in Everett, Washington has a rare opportunity for an Finance Coordinator / Bookkeeper to join our fast paced and award winning team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused with a desire to succeed. 3 years of professional customer-facing office experience is required. The schedule is 5 days a week, including Saturdays with occasional overtime.

Training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the daily operation of the dealership office.
Receive, reconcile and track customer sales payments.
Audit, review and post deals into accounting software.
Prepare files, financing documentation and signing of files with customers
Submit credit applications and handle funding issues.
Provide accounting support to management team/departments.
Ensure that all finance paperwork is fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines prior to submitting the completed documentation to lenders for approval.
Perform other duties as assigned.
