Full Job Description

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Group Administrative Assistant to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role supports a fast-growing AI organization by providing onsite administrative, space, and logistics support so teams can operate efficiently. The position offers meaningful ownership of return-to-office activities, equipment management, and team morale events within a close-knit administrative team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, service-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on, visible work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative and operational support for a group, including department operations, special projects, and policy adherence.
Coordinate onsite meetings, morale events, space setup, desk readiness, and equipment management (no travel responsibilities).
Support return-to-office initiatives through space audits, storage room organization, new-hire kit assembly, and ad-hoc onsite requests.
Collaborate with a team of administrators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive onsite employee experience.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience using Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Word.
1–2 years of experience providing administrative or department operational support (financial operations, personnel support, facilities, or special projects).
1–2 years of experience coordinating meetings or onsite events (no travel coordination required).
Ability to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with large enterprise culture and internal tools is a strong plus; prior experience within this Fortune 15 company preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Redmond, WA 98052
