ABOUT US

Cloud 9 Foot Spa, known for being a Family-friendly award winning spa, was founded in 2010 in San Francisco Bay area, now we are present in 3 states with 8 locations. We are currently expanding nation wide. We are filling a position for Receptionist at our Redmond location.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Spa Receptionist, the individual will be the first point of contact for clients, warmly greeting them upon arrival, managing appointment bookings, answering phone calls and emails, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming client experience. Additional responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, and supporting the team with daily operational needs and marketing related tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at customer service, thrives in fast-paced settings, and demonstrates a proactive approach to supporting leadership objectives.

Spa Receptionist, typical hours 9:30am - 3:15pm, or 3:00pm - 8:45pm. We are hiring for long term candidates who can commit to a year or longer, not for a temporary job. Candidates must have availability on week day and weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous experience as a receptionist a plus

- Social Media and marketing skills a plus

- Highly efficient and effective in project management

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Proficient in using computerized systems and software

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
