About Propeller Aero Services
Propeller Aero Services (PAS) is the full-service Fixed Base Operator (FBO) located at Paine Field (KPAE) in Everett, Washington. PAS supports private, corporate, charter, cargo, and special mission aviation activity and is positioned as a premium, hospitality-driven operation within the broader Paine Field environment.
Our operation is built around three core expectations: safety, operational excellence, and high-touch customer experience. PAS is expected to deliver a polished, professional, and responsive experience for aircraft operators, passengers, crews, tenants, and partners while maintaining a disciplined and efficient airside operation.
This is a fast-moving, on-airport environment that requires visible leadership, strong communication, and the ability to move seamlessly between operational oversight, team accountability, and hands-on support.
Important Note on This Role: This is not a general operations management role.
This position requires direct experience in FBO or aviation ground operations, including ramp operations, aircraft fueling, and airside coordination. Candidates without hands-on FBO or aviation operations experience will not be considered.
