Front Desk Sales Associate

$22–$25/hour | Part-Time | Free Membership and Flexible Hours

Love people, fitness, and creating a great experience? We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team at Pure Barre!

What You'll Do

Talk with prospective clients about Pure Barre and help them find the best option for their goals
Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email
Convert first-time visitors into returning clients and members
Promote memberships, packages, retail, and studio promotions
Work toward individual and studio sales goals
Help with client retention and re-engagement

Studio Support

Assist with opening and closing the studio
Maintain the front desk and retail area
Support studio events, promotions, and special projects
Work closely with instructors and management to keep the studio running smoothly
Jump in and help wherever needed— we're a small team and we support one another!

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a fitness expert or have previous boutique fitness experience. We're looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys talking to people
Comfortable asking for the sale
Confident communicating in person, over the phone, and through text
Reliable, responsible, and organized
Positive and energetic
Comfortable working independently while also being a team player
Motivated by goals and enjoys seeing results
Interested in fitness, wellness, or building community
Comfortable learning new software and systems
Professional and dependable

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, fitness, or front desk experience is a plus—but not required.

Schedule

Part-time hours available at both locations.

Shifts may include:

Midday
Evenings
Weekends
