Construction Site Contracts Manager 5 | Remote U.S

Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Procurement team supporting cross-functional stakeholders responsible for delivering critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Fully Remote
Pay Range: $84.16 - $90.64/hour

What’s the Job?

Manage sourcing, contracting, and procurement activities for critical data center construction projects.
Develop and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOPs, Sole Source Justifications (SSJs), and Award Recommendation Letters (ARLs).
Track procurement milestones, purchase order attainment, and project performance while presenting updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Train and mentor new team members while supporting continuous process improvements and adapting to evolving business needs.

✅What’s Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong post-graduate experience in construction procurement or construction supply chain management for large, complex capital projects.
Experience in the data center or mission-critical construction industry, with an understanding of data center project delivery methods.
Experience developing and negotiating construction contracts, sourcing strategies, and supplier agreements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and executive-level stakeholders; knowledge of Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is a plus.
