Intake Specialist – Genco Injury Attorneys

The Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Intake Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume front office or call center environment. You will be the first point of contact, handling multiple incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy. Your ability to seamlessly switch between languages while managing competing priorities is critical to delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all new client inquiries via phone, email, website forms, and walk-ins — in both Spanish and English.
Manage a high volume of simultaneous calls and in-person interactions, ensuring that all clients feel heard and supported regardless of the language they speak.
Conduct thorough and compassionate intake interviews, gathering essential case details while clearly communicating legal intake questions in both languages.
Accurately document and summarize all case information in our legal case management system, prioritizing cases appropriately for the legal team.
Provide empathetic and culturally sensitive support to clients who may be experiencing trauma, distress, or confusion — ensuring clear and respectful communication in Spanish and English.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in a busy, high-demand office setting.

Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required — both verbal and written communication must be strong in both languages.
Prior experience in a fast-paced intake, call center, legal office, or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage high volumes of calls, emails, and in-person client interactions simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, professional phone presence.
High attention to detail when entering data or summarizing case information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with legal case management software is a plus.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
