Marketing Statement

Skyline Emissions, Inc. is focused on developing, testing, and obtaining regulatory product approvals for leading emissions technologies, enabling a cleaner future. The urgent need to deal with the increasing levels of pollution resulting in global warming and other ecological concerns is real and can no longer be ignored.

Job Summary

The Demand & Materials Planner is responsible for ensuring that the supple of materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure operational production continuity.

Essential Duties & Functions

Determine the required materials and coordinate with purchasing to generate purchase orders
Communicate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Production Teams
Track production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends through standard ERP/SAP modules
Analyze and report on production needs and inventory on a weekly basis
Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
Assist logistics process for the development and manufacturing of new products

Job Skills

Team player with a great attitude toward helping Skyline Emissions, Inc. meet its business objectives
Experience with ERP/SAP required (NetSuite preferred)
Knowledge of operations and manufacturing processes and supply chain
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced judgement and decision-making abilities
Willingness to follow OSHA requirements and company safety policies
Self-starter and self-disciplined in accomplishing tasks

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Required Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and includes an unpaid lunch break of at least thirty (30) minutes.

Travel

Occasional travel during the work day may be required between facility locations, approximately 1 mile apart.
