Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day management of specific HR operations in employee/workforce relations, and administrative functions; assists in providing a wide range of HR support and under the guidance of the Director of Employee/Workforce Relations, provides advice, guidance on employee relations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and management.

Qualifications

Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related field. One to three years’ experience or a combination of education and experience in a Human Resources department. About the Team

St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.
