Position Overview:

Lead with Purpose at Sierra Mental Wellness Group!

Are you a compassionate leader ready to make a real impact? As the Clinical Program Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in guiding our Outpatient Program, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality, client-centered, and evidence-based care.

What You'll Do

Provide all clinical supervision, individual, triadic, and/or group, to the program's associate therapists.
Review associate therapists' progress notes and clinical documentation.
Complete and assign BBS supervision paperwork and maintain supervision records.
Build and maintain a caseload of 5–7 clients per week.
Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and mental health diagnosis, including assessment of client acuity, strengths, and treatment needs.
Develop client-centered, culturally appropriate treatment plans and provide individual, family, and couples counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed practices.
Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and related records, accurately and on time, in full compliance with program and contract standards.
Hire, onboard, and train new staff including therapists and administrative staff.

Support program quality and clinical standards, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Active and unrestricted California clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience with Medi-Cal billing or intensive outpatient programs is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and maintain professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional clinical judgment and ability to mentor staff.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
Proficiency in managing a diverse caseload and understanding complex client needs.
Adept at conflict resolution, problem-solving, and promoting a positive work culture.

Position Details:

Job Type & Schedule: Part time -24 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-2:30pm
Location: Roseville, CA 95661 — in person. Ability to commute or relocate before starting work is required.
