Full Job Description

Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $25.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

TDL Staffing is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Service Coordinator to join a busy Fairbanks service company. In this fast-paced role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers while coordinating daily office activities, supporting field operations, and helping ensure every customer receives prompt, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Schedule routine and emergency service calls and provide backup scheduling support as needed
Provide customers with quotes, appointment information, and service updates
Support field technicians by communicating job details and responding to changing priorities
Create and maintain accurate customer records and service documentation
Confirm appointments and follow up with customers after services are completed
Process customer payments and perform general office administration, filing, and recordkeeping
Monitor office and field supply levels
Assist with additional administrative and office support duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in a busy office, administrative support, or customer service environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize changing demands while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Basic knowledge of plumbing or service industry terminology preferred
Experience with scheduling or billing software preferred
Background screening is part of the hiring process
