Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to join our team to be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records and transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in Quickbooks.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all account balances

- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions

- Follow up on past Accounts Receivables

- Manage payroll processing, including payroll tax filings and reporting

- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Stay updated on financial regulations and best practicesSkills:

- Interface with the company's CPA

- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles

- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation

- Proficiency in QuickBooks

- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax regulations

- Solid understanding of financial concepts and terminology

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience:

Accounting Experience: 5 years with similar responsibilities
Accounting degree preferred
Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks

High degree of integrity, organization, and follow through

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
