Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Liaison to serve as the vital bridge between our sales teams, clients, and external partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic marketing initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and support our growth in specialized markets such as medical and scientific equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will lead efforts to promote our products, manage territory activities, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our scientific, medical, or pharmaceutical products within assigned territories.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients, highlighting product features and benefits.
Manage key accounts by nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions that foster long-term loyalty.
Lead negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress; analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and educational initiatives to maximize market reach.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or field sales roles within scientific, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors; medical sales experience is highly preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate cross-functional activities effectively.
Technical sales experience involving scientific or medical equipment; ability to conduct detailed product demos and explain complex technical information clearly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for customer relationship management.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
Knowledge of territory management strategies and enterprise selling techniques.
Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships through effective client communication.
Analytical skills for assessing market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance metrics.
