Full Job Description

Northern Virginia law firm, with an excellent reputation, seeks a full-time Accounts Payable Manager to work in the firm’s Community Association practice located in Fairfax, VA. Key responsibilities include:

Processing vendor invoices, credit memos, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve invoice discrepancies
Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve payment issues
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
