Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food management, with a flair for creativity in menu planning and execution. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering exceptional cuisine that delights our guests.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalency preferred
Experience working in institutional food preparation or related field and
Experience working in skilled-nursing facilities also preferred.

Duties

Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including inventory control, food preparation, and presentation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Manage shift operations to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with catering teams to create memorable dining experiences for special events.
Monitor food costs and waste management to maximize profitability without compromising quality.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with a focus on exceptional guest service.
Proficient in food management practices, including inventory control and cost analysis.
Experience in catering services and menu planning for diverse events.
Excellent kitchen management skills to oversee daily operations effectively.
