Full Job Description

This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys balancing strong visual design with efficient production work and looking to stretch into broader marketing responsibilities. You'll help bring our brands to life across digital, print, social media, email, advertising, web, and club marketing materials while ensuring consistency with our brand standards.

Working closely with the Corporate Marketing team, you'll contribute to campaigns that support 48 private and daily fee clubs across the country, creating work that inspires membership, private events, engagement, and exceptional experiences. This role can be located in any of our primary club locations, especially Washington DC/Richmond, New York/New Jersey, and Tampa/Sarasota/Fort Myers.

What You'll Do

Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, posters, advertisements, presentations, and direct mail pieces.
Create digital assets for websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and online campaigns.
Develop compelling creative that supports membership sales, club events, dining promotions, weddings, golf tournaments, and corporate initiatives.
Prepare production-ready artwork for both print and digital distribution.
Adapt existing creative into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
Take ownership of the photo library and assist with photo selection, image retouching, and basic illustration work when appropriate.
Collaborate with the corporate marketing team and club leadership to develop effective marketing materials.
Help maintain and evolve Heritage Golf Group brand standards across all clubs and marketing channels.
Assist with large marketing production projects like enterprise-wide deployment of web pages, emails, or collateral.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a franchised organization or hospitality company with preference given to previous experience with membership-based companies.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative concept development and production execution.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing HTML email graphics and digital marketing assets.
Familiarity with Canva, AI Tools, and Microsoft Suite.
Experience preparing artwork for large-format signage.
Photography or photo editing experience.
Experience working with content management systems.
Hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or golf industry experience is a plus.
