Full Job Description

Claudia Cornejo Agency – Allstate Insurance is seeking a motivated, competitive, and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team.

This is a full-time, in-office sales position for someone who enjoys talking to customers, identifying insurance needs, following up consistently, and closing new business.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their sales pipeline, is comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone, and is motivated by measurable goals and commission opportunities.

An active Property & Casualty Insurance License and fluency in both Spanish and English are required for this position.

What You'll Do

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Landlord, and other Property & Casualty insurance products.
Work new leads, inbound opportunities, outbound calls, requotes, cross-sell opportunities, and existing customer opportunities.
Communicate professionally with customers in both Spanish and English.
Respond quickly to new leads and follow up consistently.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Explain coverage options, deductibles, limits, and available discounts clearly and accurately.
Cross-sell and bundle policies when appropriate.
Maintain and actively manage a pipeline of prospects and open quotes.
Follow opportunities through to an appropriate resolution.
Ask for referrals and identify additional sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate notes and documentation of all customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Meet established sales, activity, conversion, and production expectations.
Provide a professional and positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License – Required
Fluent Spanish and English – Required
Previous sales experience required.
Insurance sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and closing skills.
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls.
Persistent and consistent with follow-up.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with accurate documentation habits.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Dependable and punctual.
Coachable and receptive to feedback.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 40 Hours per Week | In-Office

This position is based in our Manassas, Virginia office and requires regular and reliable in-person attendance during the established work schedule.
