Our mission is to integrate various therapeutic components into a single, collaborative setting to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing and managing a diverse patient population with neurological, psychiatric, and chronic pain conditions. You will work at the top of your license, contributing significantly to our commitment to clinical excellence and personalized patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient histories, physical examinations, and neurological evaluations.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with attending physicians to develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
Procedures: Perform clinical procedures, including suturing and other minor office-based interventions as required by the specialty.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our team of neurologists, psychiatrists, and pain specialists to ensure a seamless, "whole-patient" approach to care.
Research & Innovation: Participate in clinical research and trials, staying at the forefront of neurological advancements and therapeutic breakthroughs.
Patient Education: Empower patients and their families by providing clear education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medication management, and preventive wellness.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes in the EMR system to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Licensure: Current, active certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in patient assessment and minor clinical procedures.
Experience: Experience in Neurology, Psychiatry, or Pain Management is preferred, but we are open to training high-potential candidates with a strong interest in these fields.
Competencies: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong clinical judgment, and a thrive-in-a-team-environment mindset.
