Full Job Description

Blue Ridge Grill is seeking confident, outgoing, and experienced individuals to become strong members of our Management Team. With three current locations in Loudoun County VA, and future company growth, BRG is looking for new Managers who will be responsible for providing the outstanding dining experience in an upscale casual environment that we are so well known for.

Starting salary between $65,000 to $70,000.

Benefits to include full Medical, Dental, and Vision for Manager and their Family.

Job Responsibilities include:

Train and manage employee personal
Be active on the floor to ensure smooth operations
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Create and oversee employee schedules to meet high demand needs
Understand all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines specific to operations
Ensure that all guests receive efficient friendly service to make them always feel welcome
Complete required reports, schedules, and paperwork in an organized and timely manor
Maintain the highest level of food quality through standards and preparation
Play an active roll in the interview, hiring, and training process of new employees
Provide direction and supervision to all hourly staff on a daily basis
Be proactive

Requirements:

Must have management experience working in a full-service restaurant
Service management experience with a full-service casual or fine dining restaurant
Be flexible in scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficient math skills and basic computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Have strong leadership qualities
Must have and maintain ServSafe Management Certification
To be self-motivated, results driven, and able to multi task in a time sensitive environment
Show a strong passion for the attention to detail

The first Blue Ridge Grill location was opened in November of 2002 in Leesburg, VA. We proudly serve traditional American fair in a casual upscale environment. Some of the delicious menu items include: Hand-cut Steaks, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Baby Back Ribs, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Daily Fresh Fish, Salmon, Tuna, Fresh Ground Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches, Homemade Desserts and more. The success of Blue Ridge Grill lead to the opening of our second location in the Brambleton Town Center in September 2008.
