About Us

Golden Health Holistics is a growing functional medicine practice dedicated to helping clients uncover and address the root causes of chronic health concerns. We specialize in personalized wellness programs focused on gut health, hormones, metabolism, weight management, immune health, detoxification, and longevity.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and service-oriented Wellness Associate who is passionate about holistic health and enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients while helping them achieve lasting wellness improvements.

Position Summary

The Wellness Associate serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays an integral role in creating an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about wellness and enjoys supporting clients throughout their health journey.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with practitioners and health coaches in a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes through evidence-informed holistic care.

Responsibilities

Client Experience & Care Coordination

Welcome clients and create a warm, supportive, and professional environment.
Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages and respond to client inquiries promptly.
Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
Coordinate client onboarding and assist clients throughout their wellness journey.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, lab testing, supplement orders, and wellness programs.
Assist with patient education materials and client communications.

Administrative & Office Operations

Process payments and ring up retail sales.
Maintain accurate client records and scan and file documents.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and restocking supplements and office supplies.
Support practice operations and administrative projects as needed.

Wellness Support

Educate clients about our services, programs, and wellness offerings.
Assist clients with supplement purchases and product recommendations based on practitioner guidance.
Encourage client accountability and support adherence to wellness plans.
Help create educational resources and wellness materials for clients.

Marketing & Community Engagement

Support social media efforts, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Reviews, and website updates.
Assist with community outreach initiatives, workshops, and wellness events.
Help cultivate strong relationships with clients and the local community.

Qualifications

Required

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers, email, and office software.
Passion for holistic health and helping others improve their well-being.

Preferred

Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
Experience in functional medicine, nutrition, health coaching, or holistic wellness.
Experience working in a medical office, chiropractic office, or wellness center.
Social media and marketing experience.
Background in nutrition, fitness, health coaching, or related wellness fields.
