Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Server and be a vital part of creating memorable events and exceptional guest experiences! In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding food and beverage service at various banquet functions, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will help elevate our events to the next level. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and guest satisfaction are at the forefront of everything we do.

Duties

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, linens, glassware, and utensils for optimal presentation.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during banquets, conferences, weddings, and other special events.
Assist with food handling, food preparation, and bussing to maintain a clean and organized service area.
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and foster positive guest relations throughout the event.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Clear tables promptly after service, reset for subsequent courses or events, and assist with breakdowns as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of all services.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or restaurant service is highly preferred.
Culinary experience or background in hospitality enhances your ability to anticipate guest needs.
Strong guest services skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Experience in banquet service or hotel environments is advantageous.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays or equipment, and work in a fast-paced setting.
