Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records in spreadsheets and databases
Support office management duties such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing supplies
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment for all guests

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with office management, clerical tasks, and data entry processes
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively
