Full Job Description

Alioto's Garage is looking for an body Shop Manger to join our team at our Suisun City/Fairfield location.

We are looking to add an experienced operations/ production/ manager to our collision center team. In this position, you will manage the flow of work through the shop so techs and painters can stay productive and our work gets completed timely and correctly. You will also support and audit the estimators, so prior estimating experience is required.

Ideal candidate with have previous body shop production experience and be versed in paint and material management. Estimator experience is also required, managerial experience preferred (store manager, production manager). Energetic and ambitious individual looking for a long-term employment and advancement opportunity is strongly desired.

Collision Center Operations - Production Manager Duties

Follow production flow of work and make sure everything is received, dispatched, and completed in a timely fashion
Manage paint and material usage to reduce waste and ensure proper handling and disposal
Audit estimates on vehicle damage and work with outside insurance adjustors or DRP partners.
Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure productivity.
Handle customer concerns or issues as needed.
Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional and service-oriented manner at all times.
Other duties as required

Body Shop Operations -Production Manager Requirements

Must be energetic, career minded & have great collision repair estimating and production knowledge and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work with diverse group of employees to produce quality results
Experience with CCC One management system
ASE and ICAR certifications preferred.
Successful candidate must have a good background, driving record, & work history.
