Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the operations of multiple hotels across California. The Regional Hotel Manager will be responsible for ensuring each property meets brand standards, driving guest satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and developing hotel leadership teams. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in hotel management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple hotels efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple hotel properties within the region, ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards.
Lead and mentor General Managers at each property to ensure operational excellence and financial performance.
Drive guest satisfaction and ensure high levels of customer service across all locations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health, safety, and employment laws.
Develop and implement regional strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Manage regional budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost efficiency.
Conduct regular property visits to ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in each property and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Regional Hotel Manager, Area Manager, or multi-property General Manager- Preferably Marriott Branded properties Experience.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple properties and initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and budgets.
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations.
Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality & Hotel management, Business Administration, sales & Marketing or related field preferred.
