Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Mobile Phlebotomist, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care directly at patients’ homes, workplaces, or community settings. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure accurate specimen collection and processing, contributing to timely diagnoses and effective treatment plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with mobility, making healthcare more accessible and convenient for diverse populations. You will be empowered to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient service.

Duties

Perform blood sampling via venipuncture in various settings, including patients’ homes and community sites
Collect and process specimens accurately following established laboratory procedures and techniques
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and proper specimen handling to maintain sample integrity
Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort during collection
Maintain detailed documentation of all procedures, including labeling specimens correctly and recording relevant patient information
Follow all laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures to uphold quality standards

Skills

Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and specimen collection methods
Proven experience in venipuncture (blood sampling), phlebotomy, and blood sample processing
Familiarity with clinical laboratory practices and hospital or healthcare environment experience
Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively using medical terminology
Ability to operate medical equipment related to blood collection with precision and aseptic technique
Demonstrated reliability in working independently in diverse settings while maintaining professionalism
