Compensation: $18.00-$22.00/hour based on experience

Shift Differentials: +$1.00/hour Evenings | +$1.75/hour Overnights | +$1.00/hour Weekends

What You'll Be Doing

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, and mobility.
Support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Help residents maintain independence while providing assistance when needed.
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Assist residents with evening or overnight routines.
Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns to nursing staff.
Follow individualized care plans.
Work alongside nurses, caregivers, and community leadership.
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
