Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, sales-driven General Manager to lead revenue growth for a premium flexible workspace business. This role is not purely operational, it is a hands-on sales leadership position responsible for building pipeline, closing deals, and driving occupancy across private offices, team suites, coworking memberships, and meeting & event services.

As the business leader for your location, you will own financial performance while delivering an exceptional hospitality-driven experience for members and guests.

What You'll Own

Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for private offices, team suites, and membership solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Conduct high-conversion tours that result in signed agreements.
Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
Qualify prospects, create urgency, and close opportunities through consultative selling.

Generate New Business

Build business through networking, broker relationships, strategic partnerships, and community engagement.
Develop relationships with commercial real estate brokers, relocation firms, and local business organizations.
Drive both inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives.
Re-engage dormant and inactive prospects through strategic follow-up campaigns.

Maximize Revenue

Identify opportunities to upsell meeting space, event services, and additional workspace solutions.
Convert meeting and event clients into long-term workspace members.
Pursue enterprise and multi-location opportunities where appropriate.

Leadership & Business Operations

Business Ownership

Own overall financial performance, with primary responsibility for revenue growth.
Monitor occupancy, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning within the local market.
Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve performance goals.

Team Leadership

Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing on-site team.
Establish clear expectations around sales activity, pipeline management, and customer experience.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Member Experience

Deliver a premium hospitality experience for members and guests.
Build lasting client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and long-term growth.
Resolve issues professionally while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Meetings & Events

Oversee meeting and event sales while ensuring seamless execution.
Leverage meetings and events as a strategic source of future office and membership business.

Qualifications

Sales Leadership

Demonstrated success generating new business and consistently closing sales.
Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving revenue goals.
Strong consultative selling skills with confidence negotiating pricing and agreements.

Experience

Two or more years of leadership or sales management experience in flexible workspace, commercial real estate, hospitality, business services, or a similar customer-focused industry.
Experience managing business performance and revenue objectives.
CRM experience required; Salesforce experience is a plus.
