Full Job Description

Operador(a) de Producción - Para Máquinas Tornos CNC Suizas, Convencional y Milling (Fresadoras)

Segundo Turno

Responsabilidades:

Seguir instrucciones de la persona que prepara “set up” de la máquina.
Atender diferentes máquinas en su departamento según le sea asignado.
Producir las piezas dentro del nivel de tolerancia aceptado.
Cumplir con la producción e inspección diaria requerida.
Entrar información de datos en el sistema de SPC y notificar a su supervisor cualquier información que afecte la calidad del producto.
Utilizar las herramientas de medición apropiadas y correctamente.
Responsable del mantenimiento rutinario y preventivo de la máquina asignada y de mantener limpia su área de trabajo.
Asegurarse de ponchar la información requerida en el sistema JobBoss referente a los “jobs” trabajados.
Cumplir con los estándares y los procedimientos establecidos.
Completar y mantener los documentos y registros de su área según las normas y procedimientos.
Seguir las normas de seguridad al operar las máquinas y en toda la planta.
Otras tareas afines asignadas por su supervisor.

Requisitos Mínimos:

Se requiere educación o experiencia (preferiblemente en troquelería o producción).
Habilidad para utilizar y leer calipers y micrómetros.
Diploma de Escuela Superior, Vocacional, Escuela de Troquelería o Certificado de Asistente de Die Maker.
Experiencia como operador de tornos CNC suizo, convencional y milling (opcional).
Destreza manual para poder operar correctamente la máquina del puesto para el área a trabajar.
Conocimientos básicos en matemáticas.

Segundo Turno: Desde las 1:15 p.m. hasta 9:45 p.m.

Full-Time: 40 horas semanales

Production Operator - For Swiss, Conventional CNC Lathes and Milling Machines

Second Shift

Responsibilities:

Follow instructions from the setup person.
Attend to different machines in your department as assigned.
Produce parts within the accepted tolerance level.
Comply with the required daily production and inspection.
Enter data information into the SPC system and notify your supervisor of any information that affects product quality.
Use the appropriate measurement tools correctly.
Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of the assigned machine and keeping your work area clean.
Enter the information required in the JobBoss system regarding the jobs worked.
Comply with established standards and procedures.
Complete and maintain documents and records for your area according to procedures.
Follow safety regulations when operating machines and throughout the plant.
Other related tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

Education or experience is required (preferably in die cutting or production).
Ability to use and read calipers and micrometers.
High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, Die Cutting School or Die Maker Assistant Certificate.
Experience as an Operator of Swiss, Conventional CNC lathes and milling (optional).
Manual dexterity to be able to correctly operate the machine of the station for the area to be worked.
Basic knowledge of mathematics.

Second Shift: From 1:15 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.

Full-Time: 40 hours per week
