Full Job Description

We're a growing criminal law firm looking for a bilingual salesperson to retain clients over the phone.

ABOUT US:

A respected criminal defense firm.
Believe in best customer experience for our clients.
We hire employees to grow with us and stay long-term.
We currently have 5 offices in Texas and looking to expand across the state.

ABOUT POSITION:

Pay is a base salary plus bonus.
This is a full-time remote position.
You will take warm consults and convert them into paying clients of the firm.
Proven process that converts and just need the right person to follow the process and genuinely connect with lead.
This is not “strong” selling. This is relationship building. No cold calling.
You will be handling back-to-back calls for most of the day but that's good since it increases your chances of hitting sales goals.
Follow-up with previous consults to maintain relationship and encourage hire is an important part of the process.
Ensure CRM activities are handled properly, as well as clear note documentation for each client interaction (or attempted interaction).
Detailed notes and updating our CRM (“Client Relationship Management”) software system.
Work closely with other employees to achiever firm goals and handle other tasks as needed by supervisors.
This is a remote position so you will need a strong internet connection as well as a dependable computer.

ABOUT YOU:

Have sales experience. What we're looking for is an experienced and successful salesperson who has a proven track record of closing deals over the phone. We are not looking for a rookie or someone looking to gain experience in this position.
Must have a positive winning mindset. No tolerance for blaming, whining or playing the victim.
You need to have a passion for sales and love getting better at it.
Coachable and take feedback well. We will always be professional in our communication but you cannot be “thin skinned”.
Motivated by getting individual hires as well as hitting overall benchmarks... and getting paid more by doing so.
Must have an independent "go-getter" attitude that can work well unsupervised, in addition to being a team-player.
Must be confident and able to speak with leads confidently. You're representing the firm so they must know you can take care of their problem.
Have other core values of firm: integrity, energetic, great work ethic, able to get results, and positive attitude.
You do not need any previous experience in the legal field. We will teach you what you need to know in this regard.
