4th shift : 7a-5:30p- part time (Saturdays & Sundays)

ABOUT US

Millstone is a fast growing, fast paced medical service provider for the top Orthopedic companies in the industry. Millstone’s business focus is sterile and non-sterile packaging of medical devices.

Millstone also engages in other activities, such as mechanical inspection and assembly, which are designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. We are FDA and ISO registered and employ a detailed internal quality system to ensure ISO compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Working within a cleanroom environment, the Cleanroom Assembler will have the following responsibilities:

Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly inspect, assmble and package medical devices.
Ability to wear lab gowns, gloves, booties, bonnet and mask during the shift in the cleanroom.
Fill out all paperwork documenting steps performed, quantities, and quality checks performed.
Cleaning, assembly, and inspection of medical devices
Safe and efficient operation of manual, semi-automatic, and automatic equipment
Package & label various medical devices
Visual inspection of medical devices and packaging
Seal pouches/trays
Conduct digital transactions through a computer system
Communicate effectively verbally and through writing with co-workers as needed on items including (but not limited to) product quality, equipment safety and maintenance, material requirements, and best practices
Must follow all the specs outlined by the customer & Millstone Medical

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of manufacturing/production experience required
Familiarity with multi-step manufacturing programs
Exceptional level of attention to detail
Ability to follow complex procedures
Ability to learn complex multi-step processes, including the safe use of complex equipment
Adaptability and Change Management skills - possess a positive attitude and be willing to adapt and develop as requirements of assigned tasks dictate
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
Ability to work in a team setting
Ability to multi-task and work independently while maintaining production output goals
Proficient computer skills
Math skills
Good organizational skills
Mechanical Aptitude a plus

20/20 Vision or corrected 20/20 Vision

Previous Clean Room experience highly desired
