Packaging Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Shift: 2nd Shift / 3rd Shift

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Operator with strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and SOP compliance to support pharmaceutical and manufacturing packaging operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating packaging equipment, maintaining production documentation, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging machinery and equipment.

Perform packaging, labeling, inspection, sealing, and line clearance activities.

Follow all cGMP, SOP, safety, and quality procedures during production operations.

Complete batch records, packaging logs, and manufacturing documentation accurately.

Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance standards.

Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning activities as required.

Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with company policies.

Report deviations, machine issues, and quality concerns to supervisors immediately.

Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams to meet production targets.

Adhere to all FDA, safety, and company regulations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food manufacturing, or regulated packaging environments preferred.

Strong understanding of cGMP and SOP requirements.

Experience handling packaging machinery and production documentation.

Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.

Shift Details:

Openings available for 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift.

Overtime and weekend availability preferred.
