Are you a people-first problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, growth-minded environment? Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager who wants to be on a leadership team that thoughtfully connects compassionate caregivers with amazing seniors. Our mission is to care for those who once cared for us!

What You’ll Do

Recruit, onboard, train and retain amazing caregivers to grow our local team.
Coordinate schedules for caregivers and clients with intentionality, precision and care.
Build meaningful relationships with families and staff.
Manage last-minute schedule changes with grace and quick thinking.
Communicate daily with your team to ensure every shift is filled and every client is cared for.
Maintain up-to-date documentation in scheduling software.
Provide general operational and administrative support to the Operating Director.
Support the Operating Director with conducting intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure high-quality client service is provided at every stage of the client touch-points and experience from phone to in-home consultation to maximize client retention.
Ensure compliance with standards and state-specific license requirements.

Travel:

Limited travel as needed for various sales, marketing, and client care service needs.
Must have reliable transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.
Mileage reimbursement.

Monday–Friday schedule: 8-5 with an-call rotation

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of recruiting experience , office management experience, preferably with scheduling coordination (healthcare/home care is a plus).
Strong communication and multitasking skills- you remain calm when things change fast.
Computer proficiency (Google suite, ATS or CRM systems).
A servant-hearted attitude and genuine care for others.
Reliable, organized, and driven to see things through.
