Role Overview

As a Senior Home & Community-Based BCBA, you'll serve as an advanced clinical leader responsible for complex cases, mentorship, and clinical quality across home-based services. You will support families directly while also guiding clinicians and technicians through high-level supervision and consultation.

This role is ideal for experienced BCBAs who value autonomy, mentorship, and meaningful family-centered work-while remaining supported by strong leadership and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Lead complex Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide advanced clinical oversight for home and community-based programs
Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, ACSs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians
Coach clinicians on data analysis, treatment fidelity, and ethical decision-making
Partner with families to support caregiver training and skill generalization
Guide teams through proactive behavior support and crisis prevention strategies
Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to ensure meaningful progress
Collaborate with schools, community providers, and interdisciplinary partners as needed
Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and training initiatives
In some regions, support supervision and mentorship for clinicians accruing BCBA hours

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Active state licensure (where applicable)
Minimum of 4+ years of ABA experience, with demonstrated supervisory and leadership responsibilities
Extensive experience delivering home-based ABA services
Strong clinical judgment, coaching, and leadership skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
