Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods will help create a welcoming and informative environment for our clientele.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products.
Educate customers about different strains, product types, and consumption methods.
Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed.
Conduct product demos to enhance customer knowledge and promote sales.
Supervise junior staff members to ensure compliance with company policies and exceptional service standards.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate inventory management and sales strategies.
Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory tracking and sales reporting.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Experience in sales within a retail environment, particularly in the cannabis industry is preferred.
Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to customers.
Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and sales analysis.
A passion for cannabis culture and an eagerness to stay informed about industry trends.
