Moorhead Country Club is currently accepting applications for energetic and motivated employees for our Greens and Grounds Department, full and part-time positions available, we are currently looking for candidates who can work into the fall. Responsibilities
Employment consists of all facets of maintaining and improving the MCC grounds
- Providing excellent course conditions
- Mornings and early afternoon availability
- Equipment operators position must be proficient and comfotable operating various typed of equipment, knowledge of golf is very helpful.
- Perform regular golf course maintenance, including mowing, trimming, raking bunkers, cup cutting , tee service, landscaping, tree trimming. Wide variety of daily tasks.
- Operating mowers, tractors, bunker rakes, utility vehicles, string trimmer, sod cutter, and more.
- Utilize power tools and hnd tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of groundskeeping equipment and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience helpful but not necessary.
- Valid Driver's License

Physical Demands and Working Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; kneel; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, color vision, distance and peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
