A day in the life.

As our Administrative Assistant on the Admin team, you’ll deliver a professional and cheerful disposition when communicating with clients, greet and guide clients with prompt service to appropriate individuals to make sure their question is resolved appropriately and effectively. You will also maintain a strong understanding of office and department functions for client awareness. Finally, you will be asked to prepare client meeting materials and ensure the lobby/reception area is welcoming.

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that instills good working relationships with customers, clients, co-workers and management
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Computer proficiency with system of records, web-based tools, and Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Establishes priorities and organizes time efficiently to ensure that tasks are completed to meet or exceed deadlines
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and strive for excellent customer service
