Full Job Description

Job Summary
We're growing our team and looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused HR Generalist/Coordinator to help us support our employees and keep our HR operations running smoothly. As our HR Generalist, you'll be a key point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters — from onboarding new hires to maintaining accurate records and supporting company policies. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organization, and wants to grow their HR career in a hands-on role.

Duties

Coordinate the full employee lifecycle: recruiting support, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS
Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions about policies and programs
Support recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
Help coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with performance review and employee relations documentation
Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR leadership as needed
Support payroll processing

Experience

1–3 years of experience in an HR support, coordinator, or generalist role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
A collaborative, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
