Full Job Description

Do you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers take the next step? We're looking for an energetic and organized Outreach & Scheduling Specialist to join a growing team in Fargo, ND.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping connect them with specialists for home improvement and renovation projects. If you're a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a mix of customer service, scheduling, and lead generation, this could be a great fit.

What You'll be Doing:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for sales and project specialists
Build rapport with homeowners and create positive first impressions
Respond to customer questions via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
Track leads, appointments, and customer communications in company systems
Help maintain an organized office and welcoming showroom environment
Participate in occasional community events and promotions to generate appointments
Support administrative and office tasks as needed

Who We're Looking For:

Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, appointment setting, or sales experience preferred
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
Someone who enjoys connecting with people and building trust through conversation
