POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Office Manager will help keep Tech Support Minnesota organized, visible, and running smoothly by supporting both marketing initiatives and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is estimated to be an approximate 50/50 split between marketing support and general operations administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, comfortable learning new tools, and able to manage multiple priorities while supporting a small, collaborative team.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position reports directly to the President and works closely with leadership, service delivery, and internal team members to support marketing, administrative, HR, vendor, and event-related needs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Marketing Support
- Assist with Website/SEO/AIO strategy initiatives
- Design and coordinate brand guidelines, company apparel, accessories, etc.
- Client/Employee Promotions
- Internal Staff – New Employee Onboarding, Work Anniversary, etc.
- Clients – Partnership Anniversary, Referral Thank You Gifts, New Client Onboarding
- Identify and coordinate strategic event sponsorships / trade shows / speaking engagements
- Content creation and vendor coordination (social media, newsletter, client communications, video production/editing, etc)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administration
- Drive the setup and configuration of a new CRM application including email marketing content, campaign workflows, etc
General / Office Administration
- Event Planning (Team outings, lunches, networking events, trade shows, conferences, etc)
- HR Coordination (new job requisitions, employee onboarding process and handbook)
- Vendor Coordination (Office supplies and service vendors)
- Accounting / Billing Support
- Executive Administration
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, marketing coordination, executive support, HR coordination, event planning, vendor coordination, or a related role preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or an equivalent level of work experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and design / marketing tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI within Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM, or other business applications to improve efficiency and accuracy is a plus.
- Experience creating or coordinating marketing content such as social media posts, newsletters, presentations, promotional materials, email campaigns, or client-facing communications.
- Comfortable learning and using business tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, project management tools, and design applications.
- Experience in a small business, professional services, technology, or client-service environment is helpful but not required.
- Ability to handle confidential HR, employee, client, and business information with professionalism and discretion.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
